Axel supports OurEnergy through his advisory work at Lion Leap Consulting, where he partners with early and growth-stage companies on financial strategy, forecasting, and capital planning. His focus is on building financial clarity and decision frameworks that support sustainable scale.

Previously, Axel led FP&A for SAP’s Digital Manufacturing and IoT businesses, where he increased cost and margin transparency, improved profitability through KPI-driven insights, and strengthened financial planning across product and engineering organizations.

At OurEnergy, Axel is supporting multi-year planning, management reporting, and the development of the company’s financial and capital strategy to support the company’s evolution.
